vilwiste (plural vilwisti)
A compound of vil- (cf. vilya 'air, sky') and wiste (from valwiste):“a change of air”.
walwiste noun “change of mind” (PE17:189)
Nota bene although there seems to be no attested generic word for “weather”, Qenya had separate words for “nice weather”: kalle, “dark weather”: lúre, “wet (of weather)”: noswa
